Here Comes the Sun
Today was an absolutely beautiful day! Perfect slip n' slide weather, too bad I don't have a yard. I did go to a pool today though, but I only put my legs in because it was really cold. I had a really random and fun day today. I went to church, then went out to lunch with Nate, Renee, and this guy Ben who I just met today. It was good times, it reminded me of how I used to go out to lunch at Red Robin after church in Santa Maria. Memories. After that, Renee and I went over to our friend Nate's house and he was like,"We should go over to my parents house because they have a pool." Nate even offered to let us borrow some of his boardshorts. We decided we should get bathingsuits, so we went to Target. As we were checking out, we heard a familiar voice. And guess who it was? Ric! How random! He was buying a Ken doll and a Care Bear. We talked to him for a while and went to Nate's parent's house. It was nice to meet them and talk to them, I miss parents. After hanging out by the pool, we took a walk around the neighborhood. We even saw a swan! And now, I am getting ready to go to church. I love days off. They are so great!
Anywho, I heard that this week is supposed to be really nice. I hope it's nice for Earth Day on Friday. My new favorite holiday! (just kidding, it's still Thanksgiving) Well guys, I hope your week is swell, and that the weather isn't inclement. I love that word. It's big stick time!

An Update Before Bed
Considering I have to wake up at 4am tomorrow morning, I gotta make this fast. I still have to do my taxes. Ugh. I owe money so I promised myself that I would wait until the last minute to do them. I sure kept my promise. I had a sad day at school today. By the end of the day, I felt really dumb. I felt inadequate and uneducated. I feel a little better now, but it just sucked. That's all the info. I have for now. I'm tired. Night guys and gals.

Country Music
I really like country music. I don't understand why people hate it so much. I think the words in most of the songs have a lot of meaning. They're simple, but heartfelt. Right now I am listening to "Where the Green Grass Grows". I really love this song just because it is simple. Here's the chorus: "I'm gonna live where the green grass grows, watch my corn pop up in rows, every night be tucked in close to you. Raise our kids where the good Lord blessed, point our rockin' chairs towards the west. Plan our dreams where the peaceful river flows... where the green grass grows." Country music just makes me think about what life should really be like, living in a beautiful place, growing your own food, spending your life with the person you love, etc. Okay, maybe the growing your own food part is a little over the top, but still. :o)
I got 3 of my mid-term results back. Two B's and an A! Yay! I'm telling you guys, I really like school. I'm not even kidding you. I got my oil changed today. My car is happy now.
I would just like to say that I think Constantine will make it in the top 3 of American Idol. He's on fire! And the song he sang on Tuesday might have been about me. Just kidding. Peace out guys.

Sin City...
was a waste of time and money. I thought it was going to be like a cool comic book, it wasn't. I wouldn't reccomend seeing it. But Hitch was totally awesome! It was such a cute movie, I reccomend seeing it. I went to the Drive-In last night with Steph and Crystal. Good times. So, school is over in about 6 weeks, totally crazy! I feel like I just started. I like school, actually, I love school. I feel like I am gaining so much by going. I've never felt this way about school before. I love it. I have to work in a half an hour. Today is gloomy. I feel like staying at home and cleaning. Oh well, I know that once I get to work, I'll like it. It's the going there that I don't like. I wish I could just transport myself places. Like on Star Trek. That would be totally bomb.
We took communion at church today, it was nice. I miss singing "Blessed be the Tie that Binds" after communion though. I feel like the church is really a family when everyone sings that song together. :o)
I suppose I better think about going to work soon. If you don't live in Sac, I miss you. If you do live in Sac, I'm thankful that I get to see you often. God bless you guys.
